In September the Asthma Foundation of Queensland whistled their way into the record books by “gathering the largest amount of simultaneous whistle blowers in one area”. They hosted the world record challenge at Suncorp Stadium where participants had come to watch a Brisbane Broncos home game. Upon arrival everyone was given a whistle and at a certain point of the match everyone blew their whistles for ten seconds, became a part of history and raised awareness for the Asthma Foundation.
