Here are some of the ideas we have provided to schools:
- Photoframe – you can print the invitation details on a piece of fancy paper and put it in the frame. After the event the students can also keep the frame as a momento with a photo of the evening in it. For different budgets you could either have a magnetic photoframe or a metal photoframe. If you have a large budget you could even do a Digital Photoframe.

Magnetic Photo Frame Invitation
The magnetic photoframe is individually Poly Bagged. Three items for the price of one! The overall size of the magnet is 195mm X 145mm. It is die cut into a rectangular photo frame, an oval photo frame and an individual fridge magnet. Custom print all three items to maximise your exposure packaged individually in a poly bag.

- Film Strip Photoframe – This acrylic frame holds 2 photos and has a pop-out stand on the reverse side. The Film Strip design would be a great link in to a Movie Premiere or Hollywood-themed night. Product Size: 190 x 75 x 4mm. Print Area: 70 x 55mm. Please note our Minimum Order Quantity for these Photo Frames is 10,000. Our recommendation would be to brand the frame itself with the School logo so that it can be reused for multiple year groups or events. You would just print the event details on the insert. If you would like us to print and pack your inserts please mention this at the time of your enquiry.
- Snow Globe – are you having a Winter Wonderland theme? A Snow Globe would be a perfect compliment to your event. The snow dome fits two inserts (one for each side). The insert size is 90 x 80mm. Below is an example of the Year 12 Formal we did for St John’s Park High School in 2009. They decided to use a stock image but you could put anything on the insert e.g. a photo of your grade.
- Message in a Bottle Keyring – This product is something that will definitely get noticed and talked about. Great for beach venues! We can print your school logo or name on the outside and then print the event details on the paper inside. Personalise your message even more by providing us with a merged Word document with individual names and we can make each slip personalised. We will slip your printed message inside the capsule and then seal it up with the cork. If your event is listed online somewhere you can actually just print the URL on the slip in the message in a bottle so that it creates intrigue and your guests have to go online to find out more information. - USB – with a USB you could put the invitation as a document saved on the USB. This is such a practical invitation because the students can use it for years to come especially for their studies. To save you the hassle we can even upload the file onto all the USB’s for you.

- Cocktail Shaker with lollies inside – This is such a fun product. You could print a cute tagline along the lines of “let’s shake it up” on the outside and then include the printed invitation inside the shaker with your choice of confectionery.

- Magnetic Countdown Calender – this is our favourite concept. You can create your own large magnet with a countdown calender printed on it. Don’t include the whole year, just start it from the day you intend to hand out the invitations and make it go up to the date of the formal. You can print tips such as don’t forget to book your hair, rent your suit, hire the cars etc. Students can put it on their fridge and mark off the days until the Formal.

Individually Poly Bagged. Two items for the price of one! The magnet photo frame is 195mm X 195mm. The cutout for the photo and your second magnet is 145mm X 85mm.
