Not all sponsorship’s have to be of the large variety which is often the reason why businesses are hesitant to offer it . Some are small in monetary value but still appreciated by the local sports club or teams. Even the supply of much needed equipment can be greatly appreciated.
The benefit to the sponsor is the ability to connect with a niche market by having some form of brand exposure. Reaching a specific target market can be tricky and even quite expensive if a comprehensive promotional campaign is considered.
