The tea plant is grown in the shade for the final few months prior to harvest to boost the chlorophyll content of the leaves so it develops a vibrant green colour. Matcha is high in antioxidants, polyphenols and catechins, and is a natural source of L-theanine and EGCG to complement your intermittent fasting. Each foil-lined stand up pouch contains approximately 28g or 4 servings of organic culinary grade matcha green tea powder, which is perfect as a warm drink, added to smoothies or a range of recipes. Pouches are available in your choice of matte white, matte black or kraft brown and come complete with nutritional labelling.
