Tasting Notes:
The crisp stone fruit characters of the Chardonnay is immediately apparent in this wine. Bursting from the glass the wine has bright refreshing notes of citrus, florals, white peach and hints of bready yeast complexity from the secondary fermentation. The palate shows a juicy lemon verbena and creme patisserie character with the fine bubbles carrying almost a river stone mineral character through to a long clean, vibrant finish. A classic aperitif style with the balance to match well with canapes and light meals.
