Most people are interested in finding simple ways to assist with environmental issues so National Tree Day is a great way to do something practical that can have positive long term environmental benefits. National Tree Day is on the 1st Sunday of August every year so it’s great to plan activities and promotional early every year.

We suggest getting together with family and friends and find ways to create increased awareness and whenever possible replanting of trees in local communities.

DESCRIPTION
Fun and easy to use, tear off the stick, plant it and watch it grow. Simply fill your pot with seed raising mix. Dampen the soil with a fine spray. Leave to soak for a few minutes. Tear off each individual seed stick and push point first into the soil mix up to the printed depth line. When your seedlings emerge leave the seed stick in place it will give the young seedling support and will eventually biodegrade. Leave only the strongest seedlings to continue to grow in the pot. We recommend approximately 3 or 4 seedlings to a 10cm pot. Transplant surplus seedlings into a larger pot or direct into the garden.
