This year is the 40th annual City2Surf Race. It is being held on Sunday, August 8, 2010. The 14km race from Hyde Park (City) to the spectacular Bondi Beach (Surf) is a really fun day whether you are competing or just attending for a day out. It is especially great as a team building day for your staff. If you are going to book a team don’t forget to organise your team shirts so that your team stands out on the day and each participant will get to keep the shirt as a memento of their run. Remember if you have one or more team sponsors that if you get all their logos in one colour we can create a special sponsors artwork for the back of your shirt where as long as all your logos fit into a 39cm x 39cm we can put as many logos as you want in 1 colour.
One last thing to remember is that you will be given a chest bib with your number on it so if you are creating artwork for the front of the shirt you either need to leave space for the bib or incorporate it into your artwork somehow.
City2Surf is a great opportunity for your company to get noticed so take some risks with your shirts so that your team hopefully gets their picture in the paper.
