The “Effervescence Tasmania” Sparkling Festival serves as a celebration of the world-class sparkling wines emanating from the island state of Tasmania. Described as one of the best sparkling wine festivals in the world, Effervescence Tasmania will celebrate some of the world’s finest sparkling wine in Launceston from 5-7 November 2021 The sparkling producers featured at Effervescence Tasmania are by invitation only, ensuring that the highest quality sparkling wine is presented to guests. In its 7th year, Effervescence Tasmania in 2019 attracted over 1600 wine enthusiasts over five days. Sold out dinners and masterclasses presented some of the best sparkling wine to have ever been produced in Tasmania. The weekend culminates on a high with Grapes of Mirth on Sunday the 7th of November featuring some of Australia’s best comedic talents.
