Many marketers know how useful a well run Gift Purchase Gift (GWP) Campaign is and how important it can become as part of an integrated marketing campaign. Sometimes a good product needs a little ‘push’ along by having a clever GWP item attached to it.
This was certainly the case recently when I had the pleasure of visiting the Niagara wine growing region in Toronto, Canada. As I searched for wines to purchase and bring back home I couldn’t resist the bright red colours of the GWP items attached to some wine bottles. I just had to buy some! As a promotional products distributor I loved the display and the fact that the wine maker included the cute carry bag which can easily be used to carry the wine was an added bonus. I’m happy to report that the wine wasn’t bad either!
