After I saw Maria’s blog on the coffee mug that can be printed all over and thought how different and unusual it was our office decided to go on a hunt for the most unique and unusual coffee mugs we could find and this is what we came across on WebUrbanist:
This mug, covered with heat sensitive pigment, changes from black to white (or vice versa) depending on whether it’s full or not, and how full it is. Furthermore, it also shows ‘on’ or ‘off’ as you fill it, or gulp the coffee/tea down. This, of course, comes in handy in preventing spills as you can tell which mugs on the table are full and which are empty. However, since the pigment is activated by heat, don’t expect it to work at room temperature.
The Pessimist’s Mug
Are you a glass half-full or glass half-empty type of person.
Amazing Self-Stirring Coffee Mug
This amazing self stirring mug is perfect for lovers of coffee, tea, cocoa, hot chocolate or whatever your favorite beverage may be. Imagine adding cream and sugar to your coffee and pushing a button to stir your coffee. No more messy stir sticks or coffee spoons!
Global Warming Mug
Why not address global warming over your morning cup of coffee in a subtle way.
Stacked Coffee Mugs
I love this mug because it is very unusual; it is almost like a piece of art.
Alcatraz Replica Mug
Crinkle Cups by Robert Brandt
Mugs that look like disposable cups. These would be great for an environmental campaign where you could push the message that you should re-use your coffee mug so that pollution is not created as a result of disposable cups being made.
Dunk Mug with Biscuit Holder
Transforming Mugs
Skase Teacup Set
I wish everyone at my house had this mug because I never seem to make their coffee’s quite right.
